Exquisite dark chocolate chunks and the warm aroma of freshly brewed coffee find perfect harmony in the rich yet light texture of sweet bread.
Made using the traditional method involving multiple proofing techniques, using only the finest ingredients, this Special Panettone with dark chocolate and coffee comes from our collaboration with the award-winning Veneto pastry shop, Olivieri 1882.

Ingredients:

SOFT WHEAT four type 00, 55% dark chocolate (20%) (cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifer: sunfower lecithin), EGG yolk, BUTTER, sugar, natural sourdough yeast (SOFT WHEAT four type 00, water), water, cofee paste (1,6%) (glucose syrup, sugar, water, sunfower oil, soluble cofee 7%, caramelized sugar, toasted cofee in powder 4%), MILK, acacia honey, salt, Madagascar Bourbon vanilla.CAPS LOCK INGREDIENTS: contains allergens and may contain traces of nuts, soy and sesame.
