Manoella “Manu” Buffara is a celebrated Brazilian chef based in Curitiba, southern Brazil. She was recognized as the Best Female Chef in Latin America in 2022 by 50Best and has in recent years earned numerous national and international awards and honors. Over the course of the event, guests will embark on a unique culinary journey that showcases the culture and creative vision of each chef, with a tasting menu specially curated for the occasion.
