Founded in 1967, thanks to a new generation of winemakers who are carrying the traditions of their forbears into the new era. At the 18-hectare vineyard located between Florence and Siena, marked by its hilltop medieval defence fortress, Montevertine produces exquisite, organic red wines with a strict reliance on Sangiovese grapes and traditional methods that preserve the style and philosophy of the founder Sergio Manetti.
