S.Pellegrino Young Chef 2021 winner Jerome Calayag joins Co-Executive Chefs Karime López and Takahiko Kondo for a special multi-course dinner, served to some good tunes and great company.

About

S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy is an international platform that aims to involve young chefs and the most influential and representative members of the gastronomy world, providing training opportunities and unique live experiences. For this occasion, guests will enjoy a degustation menu created by chef Jerome Calayag and our Co-Executive Chefs.
