The origins of Biondi Santi can be traced back to the late 1800s, when Clemente Santi, alongside his nephew Ferruccio Biondi Santi, began producing barrel-aged single-varietal wines in Montalcino, leveraging the extraordinary potential of the Sangiovese Grosso grape. Since its first vintage Brunello in 1888, Biondi Santi has continued to cultivate wines renowned the world over for their elegance and longevity.
