Join us for an exclusive evening at Gucci Osteria Florence, where Head Chef Takahiko Kondo welcomes guest Chef Maksut Aşkar of neolokal for a one-night-only collaboration. Renowned for his emotional and forward-looking approach to Anatolian cuisine, Aşkar transforms traditional recipes into contemporary stories of heritage and place.
The specially curated menu will be paired with a vertical tasting from Gravner Winery, an icon of natural winemaking from Oslavia. Guided by Joško Gravner’s philosophy of patience and purity, Gravner’s celebrated Ribolla Gialla embodies the harmony between soil, time, and human devotion. Together, Aşkar’s artistry and Gravner’s craft create a journey that bridges culture, nature, and the poetry of transformation.

Gravner Winery, founded in the Collio Goriziano, has become a symbol of integrity in winemaking. Joško Gravner’s return to ancestral methods, including fermentation in terracotta amphorae, has produced wines of profound character and timeless depth. Through a tasting of Ribolla Gialla vintages 2010, 2011, 2014, and 2017, along with Grappa Ribolla Capovilla, guests will experience the evolution of a wine that redefined contemporary enology.
This collaboration unites two visionary artisans in a dialogue of flavor, tradition, and time, offering an immersive experience that celebrates both memory and transformation.
