Join us for a special evening in collaboration with the Ceretto winery in Langhe, Piedmont.
A bespoke menu prepared by Co-Executive Chefs Karime López and Takahiko Kondo is accompanied by a selection of wines from the innovative winery that has been a key player in the evolution of the region's viniculture over the decades.
Ceretto Winery

Wine producers since 1930, the Ceretto winery is defined by its passion for its land, Langhe, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014.

The story of the winery is closely linked to the growth of enogastronomy in the region, where they now cultivate grapes over four estates producing highly acclaimed Barolo and Barbaresco wines, among others.

Defined by intuition and innovation, Ceretto is also unique in its cultivation of the arts, having collaborated with international artists such as Sol Lewitt and David Tremlett, as well as having founded the only three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the area, Piazza Duomo, with Chef Enrico Crippa.
