The chocolate journey begins with flavors typical of Japanese culinary traditons, including Yuzu, Cherry, and Ume, crafted using the finest local, seasonal ingredients, before moving on to classic Hazelnut, Fig and Balsamic, for an Italian finish to a joyous selection.
