Upon arriving in Japan, she was fascinated by the diverse textures and uniquely delicate flavors of Japanese-style puddings. This mango pudding—infused with her personal story—features Alphonso mango, known as the "King of Mangoes." With its rich pulp and intense sweetness, the pudding offers a silky texture and a lush, aromatic finish.
